On select dates this holiday season guests can celebrate with family at the Heritage Center’s Christmas in the Village by stepping back in time to a pioneer celebration. Living history interpreters will act as guides through the holiday-adorned historic Appalachian village full of handcrafting demonstrations allowing visitors to connect with the spirit and history of Townsend, Cades Cove and the Great Smoky Mountains. At the stroke of midnight, the ball will drop and fireworks will blast off the rooftop of the 400-foot tall Space Needle with special music choreographed for the fireworks show. The Space Needle has added rhythmic LED lights to the tower, making for a spectacular display.

Bronco Super Celebration
Get ready for the annual Bronco Super Celebration! It’s not just any car show – it’s a weekend packed with fun for everyone. From cool games and contests for the kids to organized sightseeing drives and product giveaways, there’s tons to do both at the showgrounds and around town. Since 2006, the Bronco Super Celebration has been bringing Bronco lovers together in Townsend, TN, making this event the biggest Bronco gathering in the world.
Grand National F-100 Ford Show
The Grand National F-100 Reunion in Pigeon Forge is the largest classic Ford truck show in the country. The event is open to Ford trucks from 1996 and older. This event will showcase trucks in a family atmosphere, with an awards banquet and food vendors.
Festival Of Flags
In May and June, guests at the SkyPark will see a unique display of the American Flag, our Military Flags, and all 50 State Flags from the SkyBridge. This will be a sight to see as all flags will be displayed above the city from the SkyBridge, and it should be a great new way for us to honor our nation for both Memorial Day and Flag Day.

Scottish Festival & Games
The Smoky Mountain Scottish Festival and Games is the leading, and one of the oldest, celebrations of all things Scottish. The event features Scottish culture and traditions with educational presentations, Scotch tasting seminars, Border Collie demonstrations, Pipe and Drum bands and Highland Dancing. Scottish clans and athletes will compete in the hammer throw toss, kilted mile run, feats of strength, caber toss and the battle axe competition. Food vendors will offer cultural fare like meat pies, short breads – and of course – haggis.
Memorial Day Pool Party
Come celebrate the unofficial kickoff to summer at the Community Center over Memorial Day weekend! The Outdoor Pool Party will show off the 30-foot double slide, Splash Pad and Kiddie Pool area. The event will feature games, discounted concessions, music and of course, swimming!
Pontiacs In Pigeon Forge
The annual Pontiacs in Pigeon Forge features a Swap Meet and classic GTO’s, Firebirds, Fieros, Best in Show, Best in Stock and the Saturday Night Cruise. This year Pontiacs in Pigeon Forge will be held at the LeConte Center. All proceeds from the show will go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Free Fishing
Every June, Tennessee State Parks offers two opportunities to fish for free and without a license. Free Fishing Day is open to anyone and is always the Saturday in the first full week in June. Second, Free Fishing Week follows Free Fishing Day and is open to children 15 and younger. Although all Tennessee public waters, agency owned and operated lakes are included, this is a wonderful time to fish the bodies of water in and near the Smoky Mountains, which are known for wild trout and fly fishing.
National Trails Day
National Trails Day celebrates the great outdoors nationwide. This day intends to encourage people to get outdoors and enjoy nature and trails that are accessible to them on a local, state and federal level. National Trails Day is an opportunity to work within crews of experienced maintainers and see how much work goes into the beautiful trails we hike on in the GSM.
A Mountain Quiltfest
Celebrate the art and heritage of quilting at the annual A Mountain Quiltfest. Quilters from all around will come together in Pigeon Forge for this ultimate quilting event. Quilters have the opportunity to attend classes that are based on skill level and technique. There will also be a quilt show that displays a variety of quilts for your viewing pleasure.

Smoky Mountain Tunes & Tales returns this summer to entertain Gatlinburg visitors! Tunes & Tales is a summer-long street performance festival featuring costumed musical performers, dancers and storytellers portraying characters from time periods as far back as the 1800s. Daily performances will be from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
July 4th Parade
Gatlinburg kicks off the holiday with the first Independence Parade in the Nation stepping off at 12:01 a.m. on July 4. Stretching more than a mile, the parade route begins at Baskins Creek Bypass on East Parkway, turning south onto Parkway at traffic light #3 and traveling the length of downtown to traffic light #10 at Ski Mountain Road. Parade goers are encouraged to arrive early on Monday, July 3rd in order to secure the perfect viewing area along the parade route.

The Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion will be held at the beautiful LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge. This is an indoor and outdoor event that will feature an array of national, regional and local Jeep accessory vendors. This event is a vendor-driven event open to all Jeep enthusiasts. Calling all the automotive enthusiasts out there! The Pigeon Forge Rod Run car event is the area’s largest automotive gathering. It's one you surely don’t want to miss! This Halloween, you will have the opportunity to interact with spooky characters, transform your face into something supernatural at our face-painting station, and get your picture taken with different Crave Halloween characters! Crave encourages you to wear your own costume when visiting during the Craveyard Nights, as the characters love to meet other ghosts and ghouls! During the month of October, Rocky Top Mountain Coaster is hosting the annual Rocky Top Mountain Coaster Coasts & Goblins. As if a thrilling mountain coaster ride is not enough, during these nights riders will enjoy the hills and thrills with incredible lights, goblins, ghouls and ghosts! These special Halloween-themed nights are not for the faint of heart. The haunted mountain coaster goes on through the whole month with special live actors on Friday and Saturday nights.
Chalkfest
Sevier County’s one and only chalk festival is back for its 8th year this October at The Island. The Island in Pigeon Forge features plenty of open concrete space, and what a better way to utilize it than by turning the massive space into a canvas? All professional and aspiring artists alike are invited to create a masterpiece. Chalk and concrete provided.
Spooktacular Halloween Event
Every year, the Pigeon Forge Community Center hosts a safe, non-scary event for families to go trick or treating. At the event you’ll find vendors from local Pigeon Forge businesses offering candy for the kids. Some of the vendors will have some fun displays and interactive elements for you and the family to enjoy too! This event takes place at the Pigeon Forge Community Center the weekend before Halloween. This event is totally free, and a must-attend tradition of the Pigeon Forge Community.

Sevierville Christmas Parade
Be part of Sevierville’s 62nd annual Christmas Parade. The parade steps off at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 7, 2024 from the parking lot of First Baptist Church Sevierville. The parade will follow its traditional route this year by traveling north on Forks of the River Parkway, making a right on Main Street, making a right on Court Avenue and returning to the starting point.

Gatlinburg Christmas Parade
Gatlinburg’s Annual Fantasy of Lights Parade will roll through Downtown Gatlinburg in celebration of the holiday season and the arrival of the man in the red suit himself, Santa Claus. The excitement begins at 7:30 p.m. where the parade will step-off from Baskins Creek Bypass on East Parkway, before spanning through Gatlinburg and ending at traffic light #10.
Pictures with Santa & Christmas Grouch
Santa Claus and The Christmas Grouch will be visiting Crave Golf Club to take photos with guests. Visit Crave Golf Club on November 30th to have your picture taken with one of these seasonal characters. The Grouch will kick off the photo ops at 3:00 pm through 6:00 pm, and Santa will take over from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

An Evening With Neal McCoy
Neal McCoy has released fifteen studio albums. In 1993, Neal McCoy broke through with the back-to-back number 1 singles No Doubt About It and Wink from his platinum-certified album No Doubt About It. His commercial success continued into the late 1990s with two more platinum albums and a gold album, as well as six more Top Ten hits. A seventh Top Ten hit, Billy’s Got His Beer Goggles On, came in 2005 from his self-released That’s Life.
