Sequoyah Manor is located in the breathtaking Preserve Resort on the peaceful side of The Smokies, just 13 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, so you benefit from easy access to all the attractions whilst being able to escape back to peace and tranquility, away from the crowds.

Sequoyah Manor is a spacious 12 bedroom cabin with 11 equally appointed King Suites and 1 bunkroom. Each of the 12 bedrooms also features it's own private ensuite bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in each of the 3 dens and a futon in each of the King Suites.

Yes, reliable high speed internet with WiFi is provided to keep you connected throughout the cabin.

The Preserve Resort is located at the top of a mountain, which gives Sequoyah Manor spectacular views. The roads leading to the resort are nice, standard width, paved roads but it is a bit of a climb with a few curves. From experience, most people are comfortable driving the route. However, we do not recommend vehicles larger than 15 passenger vans (no charter buses) and recommend you always take extra care during winter conditions.

Yes, there is a hot tub located on the bottom level deck where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

While there is so much to do in Pigeon Forge, there will be times when you just want to kick back and relax at Sequoyah Manor. But for the more active ones in your group, there’s still plenty to keep you busy. You can challenge one another to a game of pool, air-hockey, or foosball. There is also a multigame arcade for the kids or the kids at heart.

You can gather the family to watch your favorite movie in the lower-level den where we have a 70-inch flat screen TV with soundbar and comfortable couch seating. There are also flat screen TVs located in the main level and upper levels dens along with a TV in each bedroom so there will be no arguing over what to watch!

We welcome you and your registered guests to host your private events at Sequoyah Manor. The lodge can be a great place for an intimate wedding ceremony, a special birthday or team retreat. (Maximum occupancy still applies. Please contact us for further details)

The free ticket program through Xplorie provides one free ticket per day per group to each of the attractions listed. The tickets are not cumulative but they do reset each night. So for example if you wanted to go to Dollywood you would not receive multiple tickets that could be used at the same time but if you wanted to go on various days one person would get in free each day. There is no limit to the number of attractions you can visit in a day. Tickets for your entire group can be purchase through the Xplorie call center when you call to register for your free ticket.

Access to the cabin requires guests climb 5 stairs. This is a multi-level home with 2 staircases inside for access to the upper and lower levels.

Whether you want to prepare a delicious breakfast, a light lunch or a three-course dinner, the large double kitchen offers everything you need. The kitchen benefits from 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 2 dishwasher and 2 microwaves. It comes fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware and small appliances. A detailed list of everything included in the kitchen is available in our app which you will have access to after booking.

There is a stackable washer and dryer unit located on the lower level of the cabin along with an iron and ironing board.

A welcome "starter pack" of household essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent and soap. These items will get you started so you do not have to go to the store right away giving you time to collect further provisions.

Yes, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels are all provided. If you plan to use the hot tub or resort pool you may prefer to bring along some beach towels.

All beds are made with fresh linens and extra blankets, sheets and pillows are provided for the futons and sleeper sofas.

The Preserve Resort has a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub. This area is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day but is dependent on the weather.

The resort also has a pavilion with an amazing view of the mountains which contains plenty of seating and a wood burning fireplace.

These are both communal areas shared with other resort guests and we highly recommend you check them out.

A park style charcoal grill is located in front of the cabin.

You can park up to 9 vehicles directly in front of the cabin.

Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Due to the amount of time necessary to thoroughly clean a cabin this size, unfortunately early check ins and late check outs will not be available.

Yes, the lodge is equipped with a keypad. Key codes are generated specific for each guest. The code will begin working at 4:00pm on check in day and will be deactivated at 10:00am on check out day. Complete check in instructions will be provided in our app which is sent after booking.

There is a strict 60-day cancellation policy. Any changes to a reservation must be made at least 60 days before travel. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances.

Since Sequoyah Manor is advertised as a pet free home, we must stick to our no pet policy and keep this home pet free out of respect for all guests and the possibility of allergies.

Guest must be 25 or older to rent. The guests whose name appears on the reservation must be present during the entire stay and will be the point of contact. A valid government issued ID may be requested. Due to liability concerns and insurance restrictions, there are no exceptions to this policy.
